the legal implications that (presumably) a sitting President conspired with various government offices to bring down an opponent?
I don't think he'd be able to stay in office after that

If this is accurate this is so full of illegalities its mind numbing.

Trump doesn't own/run every arm of the Government, he can't do behind the scenes shit like it's a private company.
Although he has skirted around a lot of protocols in the last 4 years,
I can't imagine enough inside operatives stayed quite about it for this long
